210 Trade
210 Trade is a tall, residential-use skyscraper under construction in Charlotte, North Carolina. It is part of the EpiCentre entertainment complex that was completed in 2008. Once completed, 210 Trade will have 53 floors. The EpiCentre Entertainment Complex has a movie theater, restaurants, bars, shops, four floors of parking, five floors of offices and retail topped by 210 Trade with 44 residential floors. It will be connected to Uptown's Overstreet Mall and Bank of America Plaza via skywalk over South College Street. It will be the tallest residential building in Charlotte and the Carolinas, and it will have the second highest floor count after the Bank of America Corporate Center.
